Gower Show 2011

Sue Thomas, Gower Show Secretary wrote to Top Lodge in November 2010 to see if the group was available for their annual show in August 2011.  Yes they were available so a firm booking was made.
Funniest face competition?

The team had never been to the Gower Peninsula but everyone they mentioned the venue to said it was a most beautiful part of Wales.   And how true this was!

The weather could have been better - during the first display
it was pretty torrential but Karen and Kes made sure the show went on!!

The show is set in the grounds of Penrice Castle Park,
Reynoldston, Gower.

Lesley had been unable to travel on this trip due to a back injury.

Thanks to Gower Show for inviting us to the show and thanks to our sponsors at the event - The Kings Head and THD (Gower) Limited.   We loved the show and the surrounding scenery was amazing.

Thank you for coming to Gower and doing a fantastic display that everyone loved. Great to see the photo's and so glad you managed to get to have some fun on the beach. A really good weekend.
